THE HIVE Fit Gym

The owners of THE HIVE Fit Gym set out to create a one-of-a-kind, high-end fitness center unlike anything else in Scottsdale—and they trusted One Way GC to make it happen. After more than a year of dreaming, architectural planning, engineering, and permitting, we began construction on a 20,000 sq ft gray shell space. Our team handled everything from pulling new electrical feeders from the SES, underground plumbing, framing, and full electrical, to delivering all interior finishes with a focus on quality, durability, and design. Every element was customized to reflect the client’s vision of a bold, modern, boutique-style gym. The result is a high-end fitness environment that balances functionality with elevated aesthetics. One Way GC is now constructing a 5,003 sq ft expansion directly south of the original space, with completion expected in December 2025.
