How it all began...
One Way Group was founded by Ken Morrow, whose journey began in 1996 with a strong work ethic, determination, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Starting as a one-man operation, Ken personally handled every aspect of the business and built a reputation for quality, reliability, and integrity.

As the company grew, Ken expanded services to better serve clients, eventually forming One Way Group to provide multiple services under one roof while maintaining high standards and accountability. Today, he continues to lead the company with a focus on customer service, strong values, and long-term relationships.
