One Way GC completed a full 4,900 sq ft tenant buildout for Chico’s Sana Sana Cerveceria, transforming a long-vacant shell into a vibrant and fully operational brewery. The scope of work included underground electrical and plumbing, the installation of custom glass walls, stone countertops, and all brewing equipment necessary to bring the space to life. Every detail was thoughtfully executed to reflect the brand’s energetic, community-focused vibe—blending industrial design elements with high-end finishes. The project was completed in March 2025, delivering a unique destination that brings fresh energy to the local brewery scene.
