On 8-11-18 at 2:00 am, a violent storm knocked out the power and caused massive flooding at the resort. One Way was on site immediately as the building was being evacuated and the damage was starting to be assessed.

Within 12 hours, and under the direction of One Way as the General Contractor for all restoration work,  a crew of almost 300 people was mobilized to clean and then remediate flood water, damaged flooring and walls. A temporary AC system with ducting was moved into place to cool the building in 100 degree plus temperatures, and then a temporary full electric power system had to be secured and installed to get the power required for AC, lighting, security and all other requirements. Work continued 24/7 until the resort reopened on 9-24-18.
