One Way successfully completed the interior remodel at Arizona Transplant Associates, a prominent 4,000 square foot medical building located in Phoenix. The comprehensive redesign encompassed various essential areas, resulting in a modern and functional space for medical professionals and patients alike.

The remodel incorporated a range of improvements, starting with the creation of a new break room, providing a comfortable and inviting space for staff to relax and recharge. Additionally, a dedicated Dr.'s lounge was designed, offering physicians a private area to unwind and collaborate.

To facilitate efficient workflow, a well-equipped medical resident work area was established, catering to the needs of the resident doctors. The remodel also involved the transformation of the lobby, now featuring impressive full-height glass windows that flood the space with natural light. This not only creates a welcoming entrance for patients but also contributes to an open and airy atmosphere throughout the facility.

All exam rooms underwent a complete renovation, ensuring they met the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics. New flooring was installed, enhancing both durability and visual appeal. The inclusion of designer light fixtures added a touch of sophistication to the space, creating a warm and comforting environment for patients during their appointments.

We also addressed the administrative requirements of the practice by establishing a new back office area. This designated space accommodates the practice's billing and administration staff, promoting efficiency and organization in their daily operations.
