About the Role
We’re not your normal GC! We are licensed with AZ Dep’t of Gaming and do a lot of work with Native Gaming Enterprises. Performing mostly interior remodels, Tenant Improvements, as well as Facilities Maintenance. We do projects from $0-$10mil. Our corporate offices are in Scottsdale, along with a Satellite office in Tucson. We’re looking for a Combo-Experienced individual. A Project Manager-Estimator-General Superintendent individual who can wear multiple hats. If you are this person, you’ll never get bored working with our group!

Job Requirements
5 years’ experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, or an Assistant Superintendent, in the field.
This is a “Working Construction Superintendent position” and must be willing / able to be “Hands On”.
Having experience in Facilities Maintenance, as well as Property Management type work, including Tennent Improvements, a Plus
Having Experience in both Commercial & Residential Construction a plus.
A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings, as well as Construction Means & Methods
Be prepared and accepting of being interviewed by your peers.
Good communication skills
Self-starter willing to take initiative
OSHA Certification a Plus
Positive Attitude
Able to work in a team environment
Ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Architectural Plan Reviews
Competency in project breakdown for hard bids, as well as being able to participate in “T&M” performing & estimating in certain cases.
Properly facilitate RFP’s and RFI’s
Must have experience with buyouts of subcontractor contracts.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
Define the project’s objectives, create schedules and oversee quality control throughout the entire project
Oversee the daily construction activities at work site, including scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment, materials, and coordinate field activities and keep management apprised of progress of the project daily
Deliver the project according to plan, attain resources, and manage subcontractors
Coordinate and work with subcontractors to complete projects within the given budget and timeframe
Manage Subcontractor changes; submit information to office for change orders; ensure no work is performed outside of original scope without a change order signed by Owner
Report to the General Manager
